Behavior: When I try to run a workflow, I get an error message: Column titles are not unique among input columns.
This could happen if you have rows with the same values in the column source selected for the Pivot workflow.
We suggest you use replace all so that only a single version of the string is used in the workflow.
Behavior: My update is not happening. Scheduled updates or immediate updates do not trigger.
This could happen if the queue is backed up. To help mitigate this, manually update a pivot configuration to trigger an update.
Behavior: When I try to transfer ownership of a Pivot workflow, I get an error message stating: Error! User not found.
This error message often occurs if the new owner has no license. You can attempt to transfer the Pivot to a different licensed user in your account. You can also attempt to locate their email address in User Management to confirm that they are a licensed user.
Behavior: When I try to transfer my Pivot I get an error message stating: Error! Target user doesn’t have sufficient sheet/report access.
When transferring a Pivot workflow, the new owner must be an admin of both source and destination. You should also ensure they are an administrator on both the sheet and report.
