Custom fields aren’t showing up in the advanced filters drawer.
The advanced filters drawer has a cache of 5 days. If a custom field is new, it may take more time to populate in the advanced filters drawer. If you want this custom field to populate sooner, you can contact support for help resetting the cache.
Error when deactivating multi-value custom fields
To deactivate multi-value custom fields, you must update any custom field with more than one value. All custom fields should only have one value assigned.
