Move and duplicate Content Automation documents

Who can use this?

Plans:

  • Brandfolder

Permissions:

  • Administrator
  • Designer
  • Author

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

Move documents

  1. Select the documents you want to move inside a project.
  2. Select the ... More, then select Move. 
  3. Enter the project name that you want to move the documents to. 
  4. Select Move once you've selected the project.

 Duplicate documents

  1. Inside a project, select the document/s that you'd like to duplicate.
  2. Select ... More, then select Duplicate.
  3. If you want to move the duplicates to a different project, enter the name of that project. 
  4. Select Duplicate when you have the destination project selected.
